PROVISIONAL AWARD
The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Judicial Authority.

Sale of goods resulting from Confiscation Order No. 246/2021 of the Court of Palermo.

Sale pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Bankruptcy Law.

The goods are located in Termini Imerese (PA) and can be inspected by appointment.

SALE NOTES:
- The successful bidder for one or more goods must send the documents indicated in the Specific Conditions of Sale and Collection to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes.
- Please note that movable goods, including those registered in public registers, with the exception of the cases referred to in paragraphs 12 and 12-bis of Article 48 of Legislative Decree no. 159/2011, may be sold, with a ban on further sale for a period of no less than one year, or destroyed.

To participate in the auction, a deposit of €40,000 is required. Once the auction has concluded, the deposit will be refunded to the user. If the user wins, it will be refunded upon receipt of payment.
