COURT OF VICENZA

JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION 5/2024

Transfer of the complex of movable assets and rights constituting the company relating to the exercise of the bar, public business activity, already current in Romano d'Ezzellino (VI), Via Lanzarini n. 28, composed of:

- movable assets instrumental to the exercise of the activity, beverage, wine and spirits warehouse;

- administrative titles: SUAP takeover of for food and drink administration activities; update of health registration no. reg. 050101443 of 01.09.2019 Local Health Authority 7 Pedemontana.

It should be noted that the activity is carried out within a property owned by third parties by virtue of a lease agreement stipulated on 02/01/2013, lasting 6 years, tacitly renewable for a further 6 years. The successful bidder will take over the lease of the property.

It should be noted that the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer for an amount equal to €20,000.00, in addition to legal charges and in addition to the sales commissions due to abilio relating to the business complex described above.

The Procedure intends to start a sales experiment by setting the purchase offer received as the starting auction price, the methods of implementation of which are regulated by the sales notice.

BASIC AUCTION PRICE: Euro 20,000.00

MINIMUM RAISE: Euro 1,000.00

MIXED SYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC PROCEDURE

(possibility of receiving offers with both electronic and analogue methods, pursuant to art. 22 Ministerial Decree 32/2015)

Subjects who, alternatively, have submitted their offer using the methods referred to in point A (telematic offer) or point B (analogue offer) will be able to participate in the tender.

Electronic purchase offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 6 May 2024.

The bidder who formulated the offer by analogy, on the day and time set for the sale, is required to present himself at the office of Dr. Claudia Tonellotto in Via Retrone n. 16 - Altavilla Vicentina (VI).
