JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION 130/2023
Transfer of a business complex consisting of:
- movable assets instrumental to carrying out the business;
- office furniture and electronic machines;
- systems, equipment, equipment, both specific and generic, dedicated to the production process;
- truck;
- photovoltaic system;
It should be noted that the company is currently rented under the contract stipulated on 03/10/2018; the tenant company is granted the right of pre-emption for the purchase of the aforementioned company.
It should also be noted that the activity is carried out in premises leased under the contract stipulated between the tenant company and the third party lessor. In the event of an award, the successful tenderer will be required to take over the aforementioned contractual relationship.
It is specified that:
- The Procedure has received an irrevocable offer to purchase the company for an amount equal to €100,000.00 in addition to legal charges and in addition to the sales commissions due to abilio.
- The Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, setting the purchase offer received as the starting auction price, the methods of which are regulated by the Sale Notice
BASIC AUCTION PRICE: €100,000.00
MINIMUM RAISE: €2,000.00
MIXED SYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC PROCEDURE
(possibility of receiving offers with both electronic and analogue methods, pursuant to art. 22 Ministerial Decree 32/2015)

Subjects who, alternatively, have submitted their offer using the methods referred to in point A (telematic offer) or point B (analogue offer) will be able to participate in the tender. Electronic purchase offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 16th April March 2024.
The bidder who formulated the offer by analogy, on the day set for the sale, is required to present himself at the office of Dr. Carlo Lombardi in Corte Melone n. 2 in Verona.
