Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
GIVEN THAT
The Bankruptcy received on 04/05/2018 an irrevocable purchase offer for the 1% stake in the share capital of the company "Lied S.R.L." having its registered office in Ponte San Nicolò (PD), via della Croce Rossa 7 at the price of € 300.00 plus charges;
The Bankruptcy intends to launch a sales experiment, placing the irrevocable purchase offer received as the basic auction price, the procedures for which are governed by this Notice of Sale;
The procedure offers for sale:
1% stake in the share capital of the company Lied S.R.L. having its registered office in Ponte San Nicolò (PD), via della Croce Rossa n.7.
The activity carried out is that of buying, selling, exchanging construction areas.
The company's share capital is equal to € 10,000.00 (ten thousand / 00) fully subscribed and paid up.
