- Movable goods, machinery, equipment used in the exercise of the business activity, better identified in the inventory report drawn up on 24.02.2020, including, by way of example and not limited to, refrigerated counters of various sizes and shapes, scales various types, sterilisers, dispensers, glass windows, flag-lit sheet metal containers, 40" LED TVs, cold rooms of various sizes and shapes, dispenser-machines for wrapping plastic wrap, management computers with monitors and POS, sheet metal cash desks, trolleys, meat mincers, cured meat slicers, refrigerated display cases of various sizes and shapes, bagging machines, hamburger machines, bench graters, mussel cleaning machines, frozen tubs, meat slicers, queue-eliminating equipment with displays, remote controls and ticket dispensers, stalls-displays, platforms, LED spotlights, vacuum packing machinery, various tools, air conditioners, complete centralized air conditioning system, etc.;
- Supermarket start-up;
- Contracts-licenses for the use of the management and accounting information system used for the running of the company;
- No. 4 full-time and permanent employment contracts already held by the bankrupt company with various professional qualifications (no. 2 sales assistants, cashier worker in the butcher department, cashier worker in the delicatessen department), as well as no. 1 permanent part-time employment relationship 32 hours per week (counter operator in the fruit and vegetable department), no. 2 full-time apprenticeships (apprentice cashier and apprentice cashier in the delicatessen department) expiring respectively on 18.11.2023 and 15.01.2024 and n. 1 part-time apprenticeship 24 hours per week (apprentice sales clerk) expiring on 02.11.2023;
- Lease contract stipulated on 09.01.2014, duly registered, renewed upon expiry, expiring on 08.31.2026, concerning the point of sale where the commercial activity is carried out, located in Marsala in via Dante Alighieri 84, at the rent of €. 75,000.00, plus VAT, per year, to be paid in advance monthly installments of €. 6,250.00, plus VAT;
- Licences, concessions, permits, constraints and various authorizations for the exercise of the commercial activity to be maintained and/or renewed and/or transferred at the expense and burden of the successful tenderer;
- Supply contracts and various utilities (electricity-light, gas, telephone, water), to be transferred at the expense and expense of the successful tenderer;
- Inventories or inventories are not included in the sale of the company;
- All company credits and debits arising prior to the signing of the deed are excluded from the sale of the company.
