Sale of a business branch composed by movable, tangible and intangible assets, consisting of equipment and furnishings, clothing and sports material "bulletin board" (i.e. cups and trophies), distinctive signs (name, colors and symbols), start-up of companies whose corporate purpose is the exercise of sports activities amateurs as well as the promotion of competitions, tournaments and any other activity concerning the discipline of basketball.
It is acknowledged that an irrevocable purchase offer has been received for the company complex for the total value of € 1,200.00, therefore the price offered cannot be less than € 1,200.00.
In order to participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer within and no later than 12.00 on 28/07/2020, according to a of the following alternative methods:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hands to be delivered without fail at the registered office of It Auction s.r.l. in via G. Galilei n.6, 48018 Faenza (RA)
- via pec communication to itauction@pec.it. It should be noted that if the offer is sent via PEC, the documentation sent in the attachment and contained within the pec message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
