a) ATLANTIC STARS brand, as defined and set out in Annex A) and attributable to no. 15 positions for EU Trademarks, International Trademarks, UK National Trademarks and China National Trademarks.
Base price: €2,000,000.00 (two million/00), plus taxes and legal charges
- It should be noted that an irrevocable purchase offer has been received for the price of €2 million and a 25% deposit (amount already paid into the procedure account).
Interested parties must submit an irrevocable, unconditional purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 30 October at the former bankruptcy registry (now business and insolvency crisis) of Lucca
